01 Service Description

HairPlan AI provides AI hairstyle matching, reference image extraction, front previews, AI-inferred multi-view barber plans, manual style variations, credit-based generation and exportable barber cards.

02 No Guaranteed Result

Generated images and barber cards are visual references only. Final haircut outcomes depend on hair type, current hair length, density, color history, stylist technique, tools, lighting, styling and daily maintenance. The app does not provide professional medical, dermatology or guaranteed salon advice.

03 Subscriptions

• Weekly Pro includes a 3-Day Free Trial where shown on the paywall.
• Yearly Pro does not include a free trial unless explicitly displayed in the store purchase sheet.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Prices, billing period, renewal terms and cancellation rules are shown before purchase in the store purchase sheet.

04 Credits and In-App Purchases

• Member Credits are subscription benefits that refresh by billing cycle and may expire or reset according to plan rules.
• Purchased Credits are consumable in-app purchases and remain available unless used, refunded, removed for abuse or otherwise required by store policy.
• AI generation tasks consume credits. Failed technical generations are refunded automatically where detected.
• Subjective dissatisfaction, low-quality user input, wrong selected style or repeated voluntary regeneration does not automatically trigger credit refund.

05 User Responsibilities

• Upload photos you own or have permission to use.
• Do not upload illegal, abusive, explicit, hateful or rights-infringing content.
• Do not use generated outputs to impersonate, harass or deceive others.

06 Account, Purchases and Support

Users can restore purchases, manage subscription status, view credit rules, delete data and contact support from Settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies unless otherwise required by law.

07 Changes

We may update product features, pricing, credit rules and these terms. Material changes should be reflected in the app or store listing where required.
